Accomodation check-in and check-out procedure

Please, read the following steeps to know how to proceed during arrival and departure, how to get the keys, how to receive information of the lodging or how property damage deposit will be refunded during check-out.

1. With your booking confirmation apartmentsbarcelona.net will send you an email with useful information for your arrival. Please, contact apartmentsbarcelona.net if you don’t receive this mail within 24 hours after booking is finished.

You will be asked to send us an email, as soon as possible, with your expected time of arrival if it is other than scheduled time you filled in the reservation form in the on-line booking process.

2. One hour before your arrival to the lodging, please call the apartmentsbarcelona.net contact person in order optimise your check-in. This person will give you information about how to meet you in the apartment and, if you need, how to arrive to the lodging or where the closer parkings are. The contact person phone number is in the tab Facilities and More Info that is in each apartment page. You will also receive this phone number after reservation confirmation.

3. Check-in is available from 16h on as a norm. You can ask us if the lodging is ready before. If your arrival is later than 21 h, late chek-in has an additional cost of 30 € (VAT included).

Upon your arrival, the lodging owner or your apartmentsbarcelona.net contact person will receive you, will give you the keys and any information about how to use all the electrical appliances, how and where to take out the garbage and where the closer shops and public transport are.

Your contact person will collect IN CASH or by VISA or MASTERCARD, the remaining accomodation costs along with the supply (in case of an only monthly rental option), the property damage deposit and the cleaning service. The amounts of these items depends on each lodging, and can be found in the Facilities and More Info tab within each lodging window (Arrivals - Check-in / Check-out - Departures item). If applicable, tourist local tax will be paid at this point. Damage deposit is refundable when keys are returned and no damage is found.

4. If you find some trouble in the lodging, a breakdown happens o some equipment is broken during your stay, please call as soon as possible to your contact person or to the phone numbers you will find in our web. It is very important for us you enjoy your stay and don’t find any problem. We will find how to solve it quickly..

5. You can call us during opening hours to solve any doubt related to your lodging or your stay, to have some suggestions about where to eat or to let you know how to go to tourist places.

6. Departure from the lodging. Guests have to leave lodgings before 11 a.m. For late check-out please ask us enough in advance to let you know whether if it is possible or not. We will try to please you if there is not other scheduled arrival for the same day. Guests have to let lodging tidy without any rubbish.

Damage deposit is refundable when keys are returned and no damage is found. Please, give back all keys to your contact person who is in charge of check-out. If keys are not returned, there will be an extra charge of 20 € by key. Damage deposit will be refunded if no damage is found.

7. If you need a taxi at your arrival or departure, please contact us enough in advance.
